Madeformusic.com makes no claim to ownership or proprietorship of any software recommended by it's service. All software recommended is either Freeware or Addware and therefor none of the purchase price entitles the purchaser to any ownership, licencing rights or recourse of any kind in relation to use of the software other than those rights offered by the software owners. 

The fee charged by madeformusic.com is a recurring monthly club membership fee which is for the location of and rating of those software products available from the web site and for the information provided to purchasers. WE ARE NOT RESELLING ANY SOFTWARE. We are ONLY selling the information on how to get the software and tips on how to use it efficiently. Madeformusic.com's CLUB also searches the internet for related software and promotes it within our site.

Proprietary Rights
You acknowledge and agree that all content and materials available on this Site are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by Madeformusic.com, You agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from such materials or content. Notwithstanding the above, You may print or download one copy of the materials or content on this Site on any single computer for Your personal, non-commercial use, provided You keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Systematic retrieval of data or other content from this Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory without written permission from Madeformusic.com is prohibited. In addition, use of the content or materials for any purpose not expressly permitted in these Terms of Use is prohibited. As noted above, reproduction, copying, or redistribution for commercial purposes of any materials or design elements on this Site is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of Madeformusic.com. Permission is granted only when certain limited criteria are met.

Membership Agreement
By submitting the membership registration form, you have become a 'member' and are agreeing to the terms of this subscription and the terms of this site. These terms and conditions may be changed at the discretion of the administrators of this site. It is up to each individual to refer to this page for any amendments.

All prices are shown and billed in US Dollars ($USD)

Members are responsible for the payment of non-refundable renewal fees. If you have a circumstance in which you believe you are entitled to a refund, please e-mail billing@madeformusic.com. To ensure customer satisfaction and continuity of service, all membership fees will be automatically billed against the credit card provided on the registration form. The cost of renewal will not exceed the standard membership rate at the time of the member's registration. Cost of renewal will not be affected by any increase in this site's subscription rates.

LIFETIME MEMBERSHIPS are valid for the lifetime of the customer or the lifetime of the website, which ever occurs first. These packages cannot be PRO-RATED, nor can they be transferred.

Web900 Payments are not eligible for the Money Back Guarantee. Refunds cannot be applied to Web900 Payments, and therefore are non-refundable.

Credit card transactions will be billed as "MADEFORMUSIC.COM".

Memberships may not be assigned or transferred. Sharing or distributing username and password information will result in immediate suspension of services. Any unauthorized breach of membership will result in the holding the member liable under law. Access to and use of the Service is through a combination of a login ID and a password which are case sensitive. Each purchaser must keep his password strictly confidential. Remember your password! For Madeformusic.com will not be held responsible for any failure to obtain access to the service by way of the entry of an incorrect login or password but will make every endeavour to assist promptly with such information upon satisfactory proof of the identity of the person making the inquiry. You agree not to release passwords for any reason, except as may be specifically required by law or court order. Unauthorized access to the Service is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law. The material on the Service is for the private, non-commercial enjoyment of Purchasers only. Any other use is prohibited. All user logins are registered by IP Address, Date and Time for tracking purposes.

The administrators of this site reserve the right to refuse membership to any individual and/or cancel a membership.

Members are responsible for providing the administrators with notification of any breach of security in relation to user ID or password, any change in billing address, and any new credit card information. You can notify us by e-mailing help@madeformusic.com. Any inaccurate information can lead to suspension of services.

Members are responsible for what they download using the recommended software and it is recommended to obey local and federal copyright laws.  Madeformusic.com CANNOT control any actions or our members or the use of the software in which our members downloaded using the links from the Madeformusic.com members area. Madeformusic.com cannot be held responsible for copyright violations of users, nor do we promote downloading in violation of each files copyrights or trademarks.

Members are responsible for providing all personal computer, communications equipment, and any other equipment to gain access to to the web site. WebTV and Netscape users may experience "slight" incompatibility with a few of the site features, but the majority will still be available.

Any liability of the administrators including, without limitation, any failure of performance, error, omission, breach of contract, or any other cause or action will be limited to the amount paid by a member for the proceeding 12 months. In countries, states and territories which do not allow claims to be limited to exclude incidental damages, the above may not apply.

The administrators make no warranty regarding any information services or products provided directly by the administrators or a 3rd party source.

Notices by Madeformusic.com to purchasers may be given by means of electronic messages through the Service or by a general posting on the service. Notices by purchasers may be given by electronic messages unless otherwise specified in the Agreement.

All questions, complaints, or notices to madeformusic.com or questions regarding purchases by means of electronic message should be sent to help@madeformusic.com This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the purchaser and madeformusic.com regarding the use of the Service, and supersedes all prior written and oral understandings and writings, and may only be amended upon notice by madeformusic.com to purchasers. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the provisions of this Agreement shall survive its terminations. The Agreement shall be governed pursuant to the laws of the State of California, USA.

Canceling Membership
