Login Trouble?
If you are having trouble logging in then it is most likely because of one the following reasons:

Invalid Username or Password!
This may be caused by a couple reasons. First, remember the password is case sensitive and make sure you are spelling it correctly.

Second, it could be caused by your username and password not existing in the database. If you did not fully complete the sign-up process, then this may be a possibility.

If you do not remember your username and password, then use our Username/Password Retrieval System.

If you are still unable to login, please e-mail billing@madeformusic.com with the following information:

• Date of Sign Up

• Payment Amount & Method

• Last 4 numbers on credit card used to sign up

• Street Address, City, State and Zip Code.

• Any Transaction # or Invoice ID

• First and last name used to sign up.

• The username and password you selected.

Your account has been cancelled due to your request!
This error is provided when your account is not active. This means either the account was deactivated due to a declined card or non-payment on an account, or if you had cancelled your account.
